Signer-created document
An operating agreement, POA, affidavit, authorization letter, UBO letter, or similar document may need an online notary act first. That notary act is commonly handled through a Notary Geek Florida online notary public.

State-issued records stay with the office or state that issued them. Signers outside the U.S. can use a non-U.S. passport and do not need a Social Security Number.
