Official records, signer-created documents, and federal documents can follow different paths. The destination country and recipient instructions also determine whether the next step is an apostille, authentication, consular legalization, notarization, or a certified copy.
State document handling
Delaware Apostille helps with Delaware documents. If the same order also includes a signer-created document, that document may use a Florida online notary public through Notary Geek, while the Delaware record stays with the Delaware apostille handling.
Official records connected to Delaware stay with the Delaware review, certified-copy, apostille, or legalization handling.
Signer-created documents in the same order may use Notary Geek's online notary workflow, commonly through Florida online notarization, before their own authentication step.

Public verification
Use official records and public profiles to verify the service. Florida online notaries handle the online notary step. Signers outside the U.S. can use a non-U.S. passport and do not need a Social Security Number. Use the official state source for document requirements, then use the business and Florida verification links if the package also includes an online notary step.

Delaware requests should start with the company name, document type, destination country, deadline, and delivery need. Delaware is a handled-service lane for customers who want Notary Geek to deal with the state rush request, FedEx-account return constraints, scan-back, repackaging, and outbound DHL/FedEx delivery. Notary Geek generally accepts Delaware company-record apostille work only when the customer is ready for Delaware 24-hour rush or higher state handling. If the same package includes a signer-created document, that document is scoped as a separate notary route.
