Japan marriage document
For an eligible U.S. single status affidavit or affidavit of competency to marry for Japan, Notary Geek can handle the online notary session, apostille routing, and DHL shipping as one package. Send the document or core facts first so the quote matches the actual request.
Package price
This is not a generic apostille price and not a general international-shipping quote. It is the standard Notary Geek package for one eligible Japan single-status affidavit route when the document and recipient facts fit.
The package includes the online notary workflow, apostille handling, and DHL shipping. For more than one document, add $60 per additional document when the documents fit the same package route.
The usual goal is to have the completed package in DHL's hands in about three working days after the document and signer steps are ready. Shipping time after DHL pickup depends on the destination and carrier handling. Other countries or other document types may price differently because shipping and routing costs change.
How many documents?
Which city, ward office, municipal office, or receiving party in Japan?
Does the recipient ask for affidavit, no-record search, translation, apostille, or original DHL delivery?
Where is the signer located and what ID will they use?
Why this route exists
Many customers need a sworn statement about single status, eligibility, or competency to marry for use with a Japanese municipal office or receiving party. The exact document can depend on the local office reviewing the marriage paperwork.
Notary Geek does not promise that every Japanese office accepts the same document. We check the document and recipient instruction, then route the notarization, apostille, and shipping path when the package fits.
We do not decide whether you are legally free to marry.
We do not replace a Japanese municipal office, attorney, translator, embassy, or consulate.
We handle the document workflow when the notary and apostille route fits the facts.
How it works
You do not need to complete ID validation just to ask for the Japan package price. We do need the document count, destination, and recipient facts so we can tell whether the package applies.
Tell us whether this is one affidavit or more than one document, and where the finished package needs to go in Japan.
For a standard eligible one-document route, the package is $300 all-in. Additional eligible documents are usually $60 each.
The signer completes identity-document readiness and appears in the live online notary session with the actual ID in hand.
After notarization, Notary Geek handles the apostille path and DHL shipping for the package when the route fits.
Acceptance check
Japan is an Apostille Convention destination, but that does not mean every office asks for the same paperwork. Some offices may want a notarized affidavit, a no-record search, translation, apostille, original delivery, or a specific local instruction.
Send the recipient instruction if you have it. If you do not have it, tell us the office or receiving party so the quote can be framed honestly.
